Francisco Osuna Nunez, 55, of Chula Vista, Calif., pleaded responsible for following a vehicle too closely and was found responsible for speeding and was given fines and fees totaling $454.

Paul Sanchez Hernandez, 23, of Nogales, was found responsible for having no proof of insurance and was given fines and fees totaling $1,018.

Barbara Renee Duerr, 40, of Corona de Tucson, was found responsible for having an expired registration and was given fines and fees totaling $231.

Melissa Marie Serna, 33, of Tucson, was found responsible for speeding and was given fines and fees totaling $223.

Mark Matthew Carpenter, 20, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failure to use a seat belt and was found responsible for failing to check speed to avoid an accident and was given fines and fees totaling $276. Charges of not having registration in possession and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility were dismissed.

Ashley Bryana Dekens, 21, of Green Valley, was found responsible of not having proof of insurance and was given fines and fees totaling $,1018.

Noemi Gastelum, 47, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for not having a valid driver’s license in possession and was given fines and fees totaling $142. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Bibiana Gonzalez Leal, 29, of Nogales, was found responsible of not having mandatory insurance and having a crack in the windshield and was given fines and fees totaling $1,164.

Joseph Lee Bedford, 45, of Tucson, pleaded responsible to driving on a suspended license and was found responsible for failing to obtain a current Arizona registration and was given fines and fees totaling $793.

Luis Armando Hernandez, 40, of Tucson, pleaded responsible to failing to control speed to avoid an accident and was given fines and fees totaling $190.

James West Young, 51, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible to speeding and was given fines and fees totaling $169.

Tania Portugal Urias, 22, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible to taking an improper position while making a left turn and was given fines and fees totaling $202.

Fatima Chelsea Marie Reilly, 25, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible to failing to use child restraint and was given fines and fees totaling $120.

Jesus Roman Ortega, 18, of Amado, pleaded responsible to not having a valid operator’s license and was given fines and fees totaling $191.

Rene Rios, 41, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible to not having proof of insurance and was given fines and fees totaling $142.

Jeffry Scott White, 41, of Tucson, won dismissal of a charge of failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility.

Adam S. Teran, 22, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible to not wearing a seat belt and was given fines and fees totaling $56.

Marcela G. Palmo, 30, of Tucson, won dismissal of a charge of having no insurance.

Oscar Magallanes, 39, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was given fines and fees totaling $163. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Dulce M. Camarillo, 57, of Amado, pleaded responsible to speeding and failing to use a child restraint and was given fines and fees totaling $323. A charge of having no registration in possession was dismissed.

Eveling Dolores Granillo, 28, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for speeding and not having a driver’s license in possession and was given fines and fees totaling $306.

Douglas Thompson Ruppel, 48, of Elgin, pleaded responsible speeding and was given fines and fees totaling $65.

Jonathan D. Hanusek, 19, of Green Valley, won dismissal of charges of possession of marijuana, having a minor in possession of liquor, and speeding.

Kathy Esther Duffy, 52, of Amado, was found responsible of having no license for a dog and was given fines and fees totaling $139. Charges of having no rabies vaccinations and no license for two other dogs were dismissed.

Mary Ellen Alvarez, 55, of Amado, pleaded responsible to having windows tinted too dark and was given fines and fees totaling $88.

Lois R. Kurt, 76, of Green Valley, won dismissal of a charge of failing to yield from a private drive.

Frederick Ray Michael Johnson, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible to assault and was given fines and fees totaling $268 and community restitution. A charge of threats and intimidation was dismissed.

Derek Jon Rech, 20, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible to having liquor in body while being under 21 years of age and was given fines and fees totaling $258.
