Kids birthday party gets too loud for neighbors

An Arivaca woman was cited Saturday night for playing music too loudly at a children’s birthday party.

Sheriff’s deputies were called to the home of Eva Melissa Canz, 23, twice after neighbors complained of the loud music coming from her property near Arivaca Road and Royal Drive, the report said.

The second time deputies arrived it was nearly midnight, according to the report.

One deputy wrote that he “clearly heard the music” from where he was parked a quarter-mile away.
