He was fined $2,082 and his license has been suspended. Tony Dewayne Smith, 35, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for three counts of driving on a suspended license and was fined $1,464.50. Timothy James Dutton, 26, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for false reporting to an officer and was fined $588.
