Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 08.07.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of disorderly conduct against Sarah Johnson, 27, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of assault and disorderly conduct against Keith Young, 44, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to provide proof of financial responsibility against Philip Newlin, 73, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to stop for a stop sign against Jessica Ericksen, 28, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.


Denver Nash, 33, of Kayenta, pleaded responsible for assault and was fined $232.

Keith Young, 44, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for criminal trespass and was fined $268.

Timothy Raber, 56, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for assault and was fined time served.

Catherine Clark, 40, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding in a school zone and was fined $270.

Thomas Morin, 50, of Corona de Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Miguel Leal, 26, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for driving with a suspended license and was fined $562.

Hector Aleman, 56, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for a window tint violation and was fined $146.

Felipe Ayon, 24, of Caborca, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no seatbelt 16 years or younger and was fined $28,

John Cook, 55, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for failing to use a seatbelt and was fined $28.

Paul Furnas, 42, of Payson, pleaded responsible for permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and was fined $150.

Robert Epstein, 68, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to change lanes for an approaching emergency vehicle and was fined $158.

Benjamin Dillarhide, 75, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

David Aquilino, 32, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for a stop sign violation and was fined $164.

Lyman Rock, 75, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

Guadalupe Aruizu, 39, of Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

Robert Irwin, 72, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $150.

Jason Leger, 29, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no insurance and no valid license and was fined $114 and $165 respectively.

Joel Albert, 39, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for multiple violations and was fined a total of $790.

Rene Villegas, 54, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $114.

Jesus Lara-Manjarrez, 36, of no insurance and no current registration and was fined $114 and $114 respectively.

Todd Howell, 39, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114,

Hiram Chavez, 33, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for no mandatory insurance and was fined $114.

Jose Estrada, 43, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Raymond Lopez-Martinez, 57, of Nogales, failed to appear and was found responsible by default for no proof of insurance and obstructed windshield and was fined $930 and $146 respectively.

Sarah Myers, 19, of Green Valley, failed to appear and was found responsible by default for driving on a suspended license and no license plate light. A warrant has been ordered.

Warrants:

Yuliana Galaviz, 20, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Anais Ramirez, 18, of Tucson, failed to appear on an assault charge. A warrant has been ordered.

Walter Skillman, 51, of Green Valley, failed to appear on a loitering charge. A warrant has been ordered.

Sahd-Kalil Helo, 19, city unknown, failed to appear on a charge of person under 21 with spirituous liquor in body. A warrant has been ordered.

Adalberto Rodriguez-Murguia, 29, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of speeding, driving on a suspended license and carrying a concealed weapon. A warrant has been ordered.

Jason Jacquez, 34, of Lordsburg, N.M., failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Michael Rodriguez, 55, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Andre Dupre, 25, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Louis Salazar, 38, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Tammy Lopez, 28, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Mario Hernandez, 27, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Jason Clark, 33, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Roberto Castillo, 29, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
